The Senior Technology Leadership Professional is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Senior Technology Leadership Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Technology Leadership Professional works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
+ 6+ years enterprise class financial systems solution delivery and solution architecture with complex integrations
+ Oracle ERP Cloud – financial implementation and techno functional knowledge of the work streams Q2C, T2R, P2R, A2R, R2R, S2P.
+ Oracle Integration Cloud, specifically related to ERP Cloud integrations to apps such as Coupa, iCertis, FieldGlass, Kafka, Workday
+ Thorough knowledge of SDLC and agile techniques
+ Disaster recovery planning for SaaS applications
+ Guide development team contractors through design, development, and SIT
+ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
+ 2 + years proven track record in ambiguous, fast-paced settings, driving financial applications AI/ML and Gen-AI initiatives end-to-end with tools such as:
+ Proficiency in programming languages – such as Python, Java, .Net
+ Data modeling and database design expertise
+ Experience with big data technologies
+ Proficiency in data warehouse concepts
+ Familiarity with data integration and ETL tools like Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) on Oracle cloud and or Databricks
+ Expertise in cloud-based data platforms
+ Containerization & Orchestration - Docker, Kubernetes
+ CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Oracle CI/CD) & other Devops tools like Azure / JIRA etc.
+ API Development – FastAPI
+ Generative AI Frameworks - LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse, Agentic Frameworks, Google Agent Development Kit

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$106,900 - $147,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
