    **Position:** Assistant Center Manager – Physical Therapist

    **Location:** 31964 US Highway 19 North, Palm Harbor, FL 34684

    **Schedule:** Monday & Wednesday 10 AM–7 PM | Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7 AM–4 PM

    **Compensation:** Starting at **$85,000+/year** (based on experience)

     

    Incentives:** **$20,000 sign-on bonus** + **$350/month student loan repayment benefit

    Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist with **2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience** to join us as an Assistant Center Manager. In this Center Manager-in-training role, you’ll:

     

    + Provide hands-on patient care

    + Support a team of 4 PTs and 1 PTA

    + Develop leadership skills to manage your own center within 12–18 months

     

    Our Palm Harbor center offers specialized services in orthopedics, neurology, vestibular rehab, concussion management, POETS, hand therapy, and fall prevention.

    Responsibilities

    + Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth

    + Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development

    + Support employee engagement and retention efforts

    + Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues

    + Help develop strategies to increase profitability

    + Provide an exceptional patient care experience

    Qualifications

    + Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy

    + Valid State Physical Therapy License

    + Minimum 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience.

    + CPR certification
