    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Liability Claims Analyst to manage complex or technically challenging liability claims. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims efficiently while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and ensuring client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Analyze and process complex general liability claims.

    + Investigate claims thoroughly to determine exposure and liability.

    + Develop and execute action plans for timely and appropriate claim resolution.

    + Negotiate settlements within designated authority levels.

    + Establish and manage reserves throughout the life of the claim.

    + Approve and process timely payments and adjustments.

    + Prepare and submit required state filings within statutory deadlines.

    + Oversee litigation processes to ensure cost-effective and timely resolution.

    + Coordinate vendor referrals for investigations and litigation support.

    + Apply cost containment strategies to reduce overall claim expenses.

    + Manage claim recoveries including subrogation, Second Injury Fund, and government offsets.

    + Report claims to excess carriers and respond to their requests professionally.

    + Maintain clear and professional communication with claimants and clients.

    + Ensure all claim files are accurately documented and maintained.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in general liability claims handling.

    + Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

    + Familiarity with insurance regulations and claim management systems.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines.

    + Proficiency in using claims software and Microsoft Office tools.

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
