We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team. This individual will provide essential administrative and operational support across all areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
The ideal candidate will bring excellent organizational skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and customer service.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
• Full Cycle Recruitment- Job Postings, Job Fairs, Screening, Interviewing, and Onboarding.
• Create and maintain employee files (electronic), medical files, 401(K), and training records.
• Perform general clerical duties such as distributing mail, answering telephones, and greeting visitors.
• Create and distribute flyers, announcements, and HR-related communications.
• Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining electronic and paper HR records.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
• Create and communicate the annual HR training schedule for all employees.
• Assist with updating HR information and documents on the HUB, employee bulletin board, lunchroom presentation, etc.
• Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets or relevant data.
• Performs other duties and assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
• Successful candidate must have an associate degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• HR Certification (PHR) preferred.
• Candidate must be familiar with database systems and common HR applications (Dayforce Ceridian preferred).
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
