    Are you a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for adynamic, detail-oriented, and dependable HR Generalistto support our people, processes, and culture.

    Requirements

    What You’ll Do:

    + Partner with managers onrecruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

    + Supportattendance, benefits, and HR complianceprograms across the plant.

    + Provide guidance onemployee relations, performance management, and investigations.

    + Promote apositive, respectful, and safe workplacethrough clear communication and consistent HR practices.

    What You Bring:

    + 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.

    + Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

    + Bilingual (English/Spanish)– required.

    + Strong communication, follow-through, and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.

    + A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail.

    Salary Description

    $68,640 - $80,000.00
