### Job Duties
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with employment decisions related to hiring, evaluating, promoting, and disciplinary actions.
• Support the development and monitoring of program budgets, revenue targets, and billing performance.
• Participate in decisions related to property, equipment, and facility management.
• Attend and contribute to internal leadership meetings, including weekly administration huddles and coordinator meetings.
• Manage the Employee Suggestion Box spreadsheet and follow up on employee feedback.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the division.
• Understand and maintain program eligibility requirements by department.
• Participate in planning, expansion, and program development to improve efficiency and capacity.
• Assist with management of division wide projects that support and improve community access to services.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance staff to support Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives and accreditation compliance.
• Learn operational management of Medical, Dental, and Pharmacy Departments, Behavioral Health, Public Health, Quality Assurance, Elder Services, and Social Services (or other assigned programs).
• Assist in monitoring Purchased/Referred Care, Special Funds, and Healthcare Travel programs.
• Participate in compliance reviews with Tribal, Federal, and State regulations.
• Support vendor management, procurement, and IT systems oversight.
• Represent the Fond du Lac Human Services Division on boards, committees, and at Tribal Council meetings as directed.
• Attend conferences, trainings, and other events to expand leadership knowledge.
• Ensure accurate and professional communication through websites, social media, and public engagement.
• Appropriate/Professional work attire is required.
• Must attend all mandatory department trainings.
• Ensures confidentiality of financial records and all records for employees and/or clients.
• Displays a responsive and professional manner in promptly responding to all requests, complaints, and problems.
• Recognizes that each employee is a representative of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and is responsible for demonstrating courtesy, respect, and sensitivity to the needs of all others, including visitors and co-workers.
• Represents the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and the department in a positive and professional manner in the community.
• Required to maintain proper attendance including reporting to work on time in accordance with applicable policies.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Due to changes and modifications in the job from time to time, employees are required to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management as deemed necessary.
### Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s Degree in a health or human services-related field such as Public Health, Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Human Services, or a closely related field required.
### Minimum Experience Required
• Minimum three years of experience in a public health care or human services setting required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in supervision is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience working in a Tribal community required.
