    Job Title:Senior Operations and Maintenance Engineer

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Lead and oversee daily operations and maintenance activities within the Abo Qir railway project.

    + Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance of railway systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

    + Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

    + Monitor performance indicators, analyze data, and recommend improvements to enhance system availability.

    + Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with technical standards and operational excellence.

    + Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

    + Support reporting requirements and liaise with stakeholders to address operational challenges.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

    + 10 to 15 years of proven experience in railway operations and maintenance, with at least 5 years in a senior or supervisory role.

    + Strong knowledge of railway systems, safety regulations, and international standards.

    + Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    + Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.

    + Proficiency in maintenance management systems and relevant engineering software.

    + Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong analytical mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
