    Job Title: QC Lab Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated QC Lab Technician to perform quality lab tests on packaged, repackaged, and blended chemical products. This role involves conducting analytical testing including Gas Chromatography (GC), Infrared Spectroscopy (IR), UV-Vis Spectroscopy, Wet Chemistry tests, titrations, and more. You will be responsible for documenting all quality data and laboratory results, as well as preparing quality documentation such as Certificates of Analysis (COAs).

    Responsibilities

    + Perform quality lab tests on chemical products.

    + Conduct analytical testing such as GC, IR, UV-Vis, Wet Chemistry tests, titrations, etc.

    + Document all quality data and prepare quality documentation such as COAs.

    + Clean, sanitize, and maintain laboratory equipment.

    Essential Skills

    + Lab skills and testing experience, either academic or hands-on.

    + Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).

    + Proficiency in Wet Chemistry, pH, manual titrations, specific gravity, and water testing.

    + Knowledge of Gas Chromatography.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + BS in Biology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.

    + Experience in chemical lab testing and quality documentation.

    Work Environment

    This position is within a Quality Control Laboratory at a Chemical Manufacturing company. It is a 2nd shift position, working 40-45 hours per week from Monday through Friday.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
