    Superintendent – Construction Projects | Permanent Role | New Windsor, NY

    We are looking for a highly skilled Site Superintendent to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish.     Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily operations across multiple job sites, ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

    + Develop and implement site logistics plans to maximize efficiency.

    + Build strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.

    + Lead pre-construction meetings and manage project documentation (RFIs, CCDs, bulletins, addendums).

    + Monitor labor hours, equipment usage, and material deliveries with precision.

    + Enforce safety protocols and conduct on-site orientations to maintain a zero-incident environment.

    + Supervise and support site teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

    + Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain accurate schedules and deliverables.

    + Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.

    + Track budgets, monitor costs, and ensure timely invoice submissions.

    + Coordinate inspections, procure blueprints, and oversee all phases of construction—from remodels to ground-up builds.

    + Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety standards and perform erosion control inspections.

    + Manage third-party testing agencies as needed.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

    + Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    + Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel.

    + OSHA 30-Hour certification, Fall Protection Training, and other relevant safety credentials.

    Preferred Experience:

    + Commercial, educational, recreational, and retail construction projects.

    + Familiarity with Autodesk software is a plus.

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
