Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing diverse project types, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

+ Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.

+ Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to maintain timelines and quality standards.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

+ Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a general contractor.

+ Proven track record managing multiple project types (e.g., commercial, industrial, institutional).

+ Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling software, and budgeting.

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $48.00/hr.
