Position Overview: The role involves designing, programming, and supporting automated systems across various industrial applications.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Developing and configuring drive systems for automated machinery

+ Programming and troubleshooting PLC systems

+ Designing and implementing HMI applications

+ Integrating and supporting data acquisition and SCADA systems

+ Designing electrical circuits and creating associated documentation

+ Creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs)

+ Conducting system testing and validation

+ Performing system start-ups and commissioning at customer sites

+ Providing field engineering services and technical support

+ Delivering customer service to internal teams and external clients

+ Conducting engineering studies to support system improvements

Travel Requirements:

+ Approximately 75% travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, and support—primarily within Illinois and the Midwest

+ 25% onsite work at the Crest Hill location for system development and preparation

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.08/hr.
