Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Experimental Support and Execution: - Assist in conducting experiments under the guidance of senior lab personnel, ensuring accuracy, precision, and adherence to protocols. - Apply your lab experience to set up, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments. 2. Data Collection and Analysis: - Collect data, record observations, and compile results from experiments using various laboratory techniques and software. - Analyze data, draw insights, and contribute to the interpretation of experimental outcomes. 3. Lab Maintenance and Organization: - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. - Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies, and assist in maintaining equipment functionality. 4. Documentation and Reporting: - Document experimental procedures, results, and observations accurately in laboratory notebooks and reports. - Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations summarizing experimental findings. 5. Quality Control and Compliance: - Assist in quality control procedures and compliance with relevant standards, protocols, and safety regulations. - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data and experimental processes. - Communicate effectively within the team and with supervisors to provide progress updates and seek guidance.

Qualifications: - Associates degree or currently enrolled in a Biology, Chemistry, or Science related field, preferred but not required - Minimum of one year of laboratory experience, demonstrating proficiency in lab techniques and procedures. - Familiarity with laboratory equipment, instruments, and relevant software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, developed through prior lab experience. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Team player with a proactive and positive approach to work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
