    The Project Superintendent is responsible for field supervision to ensure the delivery of quality construction services. This role involves managing all field project activities for assigned jobs, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Meeting client expectations and the company's financial objectives is crucial. Adherence to company policies, procedures, and practices to support the mission, vision, and values is key to success in this role.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide field supervision and management for construction projects.

    + Ensure projects are completed safely and within the approved budget.

    + Adhere to company policies, procedures, and practices.

    + Maintain project quality and prevent delays or profit erosion.

    + Support the company's mission, vision, and values.

    Essential Skills

    + 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent.

    + Experience in Commercial Construction.

    + OSHA 30 certification.

    + Willingness to travel across the US.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable.

    + Experience in construction management and project coordination.

    + Proficiency with change orders, RFIs, estimating software, and Bluebeam.

    + Experience in retail, commercial, and distribution center projects.

    Work Environment

    The headquarters is located in Fort Worth with 25% travel required. The office environment is open and fast-paced, with cubicles and a vibrant atmosphere. It is a dog-friendly office, allowing employees to bring their well-behaved dogs during working hours.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, Texas.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $78000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
