Shape the Built Environment with Purpose

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graduate Architect to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in every phase of the architectural process—from early design development through construction documentation and project coordination.

What You’ll Do

+ Lead and manage drawing production throughout the design development process.

+ Analyze project feasibility, including cost assessments and drawing requirements.

+ Develop detailed cost estimates and collaborate with specifiers to align materials and equipment with project goals.

+ Coordinate client and user reviews, refine design options, and ensure compliance with city, county, and state codes.

+ Prepare and finalize construction documents, working closely with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and specialty consultants.

+ Support the bid and contract phase by reviewing bids, invoices, punch lists, and shop drawings.

+ Oversee daily construction support activities and provide regular progress reports.

What You Bring

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

+ Proficiency in Revit.

+ Ideally 1+ years of architectural experience (internship experience considered).

+ Exposure to commercial projects is a plus.

+ Strong communication and organizational skills.

Work Environment

+ Office located in the historic Baker Street Station—a blend of modern amenities and preserved architectural charm.

+ Clean, quiet, and temperature-controlled workspace designed for focus and collaboration.

+ Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 7/8 AM to 4/5 PM (40 hours/week), with occasional overtime.

+ Business casual dress code (polos and jeans welcome).

+ 95% office-based with occasional travel to job sites and client meetings, including some travel to Wisconsin.

Job Type & Location

+ Contract-to-Hire position based in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $36.06/hr.
