Description
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Revenue Operations Analyst with a strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth and operational excellence across our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. Hands-on Salesforce administrative experience is required to provide front-line support, collaborate on systems enhancements, and lead projects that streamline and optimize our revenue operations processes.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce (SFDC) inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing day-to-day support for GTM team members.
• Maintain system data integrity by performing regular audits and cleansing activities in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other RevOps team members) to gather requirements and recommend improvements.
• Assist in testing, deploying, and optimizing Salesforce enhancements and related GTM systems to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Documentation
+ Develop, update, and maintain process documentation to ensure standardization and clarity for GTM teams.
+ Manage process databases, knowledge bases, and internal libraries, ensuring information remains accurate, organized, and easy to access.
• Strategically own small to medium-sized projects from conception through execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes and areas for improvement, driving continued growth and efficiency.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams.
• Conduct change management by training and supporting end-users on technology systems and processes.
• Proactively identify and solve complex and ambiguous problems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical/operations role. Preferably in a technology company that sells hardware & software to SLED, Enterprise, and Federal Government customers.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience (e.g., user management, workflows, dashboards, basic customization).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate data sets to provide clear insights.
• Associate level project management skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve complex issues.
• Familiarity with process documentation tools and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces continuous learning.
Work Environment:
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
This is an on-site role in San Mateo
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
