    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in handling change orders, managing RFIs, and overseeing submittals while working closely with a Senior Project Manager. This position involves both office work and occasional site visits, providing an opportunity to engage directly with clients and contribute to commercial fit-out projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and process change orders, RFIs, and submittals efficiently.

    + Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to ensure project success.

    + Conduct site visits as necessary to oversee project progress.

    + Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.

    + Contribute to commercial fit-out projects, ensuring they meet quality standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in project management, particularly in commercial construction.

    + Familiarity with general contracting processes.

    + Strong understanding of construction management principles.

    + Experience with handling RFIs and change orders.

    + Knowledge of commercial fit-out processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Background in construction management.

    Work Environment

    This role is based on-site five days a week, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within a large and growing construction company. You will be part of a team that is expanding in the NJ area, with access to a network of ten offices across the US.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Mountainside, New Jersey.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
