What You’ll Do

+ Test and troubleshoot RF and analog circuits to ensure peak performance.

+ Work with industry-standard tools: spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.

+ Perform RF measurements—power, frequency, modulation—and analyze results.

+ Diagnose and resolve circuit-level issues with precision.

+ Collaborate with engineers to enhance product design and testing processes.

+ Document your findings and contribute to continuous improvement.

+ Help develop and implement robust test plans and protocols.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

+ Familiarity with RF test equipment and measurement techniques.

+ Strong understanding of RF and analog circuit fundamentals.

+ A curious mind and sharp troubleshooting skills.

+ Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

+ Entry-Level Candidates: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.

+ Experienced Technicians: 2+ years of hands-on RF testing and troubleshooting experience.

+ Bonus points for experience with RF circuit design or advanced test methodologies!

Work Environment

The standard working hours are from 7:30 am to 5:15 pm, with every other Friday off. Employees benefit from a 9/80 work schedule, providing a three-day weekend every other weekend. The company is near public transportation and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending options, and a 401K. Paid time off includes vacation, sick days, and holidays, with a whole week off between Christmas and New Year's that doesn't come out of PTO. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

9/80 work weeks.
