Job Description Overview

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Sr Mechanical Engineer to lead healthcare-focused projects, cultivate client relationships, and mentor technical staff in Seattle. This role is ideal for someone with deep healthcare design experience and strong leadership capabilities, looking to drive growth and support project delivery in a remote capacity (Seattle-based only).

Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage technical teams on healthcare and hospital design projects

+ Cultivate and maintain client relationships in the Seattle healthcare market

+ Drive project execution with a client-centered approach

+ Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

+ Mentor and guide local staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

+ Mechanical Design

Additional Qualifications

+ Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

+ Experience in life sciences projects

+ Must reside in Seattle and work remotely from within the region

Disqualifiers

+ No healthcare or hospital design experience

+ Not located in Seattle (remote work is Seattle-only)

+ Lack of Revit proficiency

+ No leadership or mentorship experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $165000.00 - $250000.00/yr.
