QC Scientist – Weekend Shift
Department: Quality Control – Analytical Team
Schedule: Friday to Monday | 4x10 Hour Shifts | Flexible Start Times (7 AM–5 PM or 8 AM–6 PM)

What You’ll Do
As a QC Scientist, you’ll work hands-on in a state-of-the-art laboratory, performing advanced analytical testing to support GMP manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Conducting analytical tests using HPLC, UPLC, CGE, iCE, Cell-Based Assays, and Compendial Testing (pH, UV, Osmolality, Appearance).
+ Supporting commercial product testing, stability studies, and client-driven projects.
+ Reviewing laboratory data packets and authoring investigations.
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance and Data Review.
+ Ensuring compliance with GMP standards, SOPs, and safety protocols.
+ Participating in lab operations such as safety inspections and inventory management.
What You Bring
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Pharmaceutical, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
+ Experience: 1–5 years in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
+ Hands-on experience with analytical instruments and techniques: HPLC, UPLC, CGE, iCE, UV, pH, Osmolality, Cell-Based Bioassays.
+ Familiarity with EMPOWER, MS Office, and laboratory software.
+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Training & Team Environment
You’ll be part of a tight-knit team of 6 Scientists and 1 Supervisor, supported by a larger QC Analytical group of 80+ professionals. Expect 3–6 months of structured training, with hands-on testing and mentorship before transitioning to weekend operations
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
