    Job Title: General Production Worker | East Moline, IL | $17.50/hr

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated general production workers to join our production lines. Depending on the line, workers will handle heavy, medium, or smaller parts. As a production associate, you will be tasked with loading, unloading, and masking components onto the production line, pulling parts based on requests, removing parts, and delivering parts and kits to specified departments.

    Responsibilities

    + Load, unload, and mask components onto the production line.

    + Pull parts according to requests made by production lines.

    + Remove parts and deliver them to specified departments.

    + Arrange parts in racks and place racks on the assembly line conveyor.

    + Provide support during the production process.

    + Clean metal surfaces and maintain assigned tools.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, general labor, or general production.

    + Familiarity with using hand tools.

    + Ability to follow work instructions and communicate effectively.

    + Capability to bend, stand, sit, reach, and lift as required.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience as a forklift driver is a plus.

    + Willingness to work flexible shifts, including 1st shift (5:45am-3:30pm) and 3rd shift (10pm-6am).

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment includes working in a production facility that may be hot, with temperatures reaching upwards of 90+ degrees during summer months. Multiple shifts are available, including early morning and overnight hours.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, Illinois.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
