Description We are looking for an Accounting Clerk with strong attention to detail to join our team in Centennial, Colorado. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in data analysis, enjoy working with financial systems, and are eager to contribute to the improvement of internal processes. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Extract and analyze profit and loss data from Sage Intacct to ensure accurate material costs.

• Assist in compiling estimates by reviewing models and material lists for bidding purposes.

• Perform detailed data entry tasks, including invoice processing and supporting accounts payable functions.

• Format and clean data extracted from financial systems into Excel for use in pricing tools.

• Collaborate with suppliers by pulling relevant data, formatting it, and sharing it in a precise and organized manner.

• Support the development of scalable and repeatable processes to streamline operations.

• Utilize Adobe tools to convert files and prepare them for further analysis in Excel.

• Assist with profiling plans and maintaining database entries.

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth execution of financial tasks.

• Handle additional office-related assignments as needed to support the accounting team. Requirements • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formatting and data analysis.

• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or equivalent financial systems.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.

• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.

• Competence in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

• Effective organizational and communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
