Robert Half is partnering with a valued client in the manufacturing industry who is hiring for an HR professional to help lead their organization. This is the stand-alone HR professional for the business and will cover the full scope of the department, being fully hands-on.

Work Arrangement: Fully onsite, 5 days per week in office.

Job summary

The HR Manager will lead the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development. You will work closely with management to drive a positive, inclusive company culture and ensure our workforce is engaged, productive, and compliant with all legal regulations.

Position Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources

+ 5+ years of professional Human Resources experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry.

+ SHRM or SPHR - preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in HR management or as an HR generalist.

• HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate across all organizational levels.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience with HRIS systems and onboarding processes, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
