    IT Functional Manager – Hybrid (3 Days On-Site)

     

    Salary: Up to $160K DOE

     

    We’re seeking an IT Functional Manager to help shape and modernize our North American IT landscape. This hands-on role blends operational support with strategic development, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the first line of support for ERP and planning systems.

    + Develop and execute an IT roadmap aligned with business strategy.

    + Translate business needs into scalable IT solutions and process improvements.

    + Support the implementation of new systems, including CRM and WMS.

    + Collaborate with international IT teams and external partners on key projects.

    Requirements

    •Qualifications:
