Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cary, North Carolina. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the chance to grow within a reputable organization in the wholesale distribution industry. The role involves providing outstanding customer support while contributing to team goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries with efficiency and ensure a positive experience.
• Process product orders accurately and maintain detailed records in the system.
• Identify customer needs related to equipment or services and provide appropriate solutions.
• Make outbound calls to assist customers and address their concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to meet key performance indicators and achieve sales targets.
• Learn and adapt to new systems and tools to enhance customer interactions.
• Provide consultative support to customers to guide them in selecting suitable products or services.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and procedures.
• Maintain a business casual appearance and uphold a focused demeanor during all interactions. Requirements • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• A dependable and motivated individual who seeks growth opportunities.
• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls is preferred.
• Familiarity with consultative selling techniques is a plus.
