Description

We are looking for a meticulous Accounting Clerk to join our team in Ceres, California. This position focuses on managing both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, handling a high volume of invoices with precision and timeliness. The role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the efficiency of financial operations in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Process up to 200 invoices weekly for both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable with accuracy and efficiency.

• Verify and reconcile financial data to ensure the integrity of records.

• Match purchase orders, invoices, and payment records to maintain accurate AP transactions.

• Support month-end closing activities by preparing and reviewing AR and AP accounts.

• Address inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial transactions.

• Ensure all financial processes comply with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements • Proven experience in handling both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in accounting software; experience with Great Plains is advantageous.

• Ability to manage high-volume workloads, including processing 200+ invoices weekly.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data entry tasks.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
