    Job Title: CNC Swiss Operator

    Job Description

    As a CNC Swiss Operator, you will be responsible for running long production runs on CNC Citizen Swiss machines, primarily working with aluminum and occasionally precious metals. Your role will involve inputting metal into the vise, operating the machine to ensure it runs properly, and visually inspecting parts using general quality equipment such as micrometers, pin gauges, and calipers. You will also work off of blueprints for repeat jobs.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate CNC Citizen Swiss machines for long production runs.

    + Work primarily with aluminum and some precious metals.

    + Input metal into the vise and operate the machine.

    + Visually inspect parts using quality equipment like micrometers, pin gauges, and calipers.

    + Follow blueprints for repeat jobs.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of CNC Swiss Operation experience.

    + Experience in utilizing blueprints.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Technical Degree in Machine Tool Technology (nice to have).

    + Familiarity with machining, CNC operation, and Fanuc systems.

    + Knowledge of G&M codes and inspection tooling.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
