    Overview

     

    Join our fast-paced kitchen team as a Cook, preparing and serving high-quality meals while maintaining top standards in food safety and cleanliness.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Cook meals based on a rotating weekly menu (6:30 AM–10:30 AM)

    + Assist with food service (11:00 AM–2:00 PM) and next-day prep (2:00 PM–3:30 PM)

    + Full prep days on Fridays (6:30 AM–3:00 PM)

    + Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment

    + Follow HACCP and food safety standards

    + Support inventory, ordering, and reporting

    + Prioritize safety using proper protective gear

    Qualifications

    + Experience in line and grill cooking

    + Strong knife skills and food safety knowledge

    + Ability to follow recipes and prep schedules

    + Familiarity with kitchen equipment and HACCP standards

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
