Position Description

Our pipelines transport natural gas, refined petroleum products, crude oil, condensate, CO2 and other products, and our terminals trans load and store liquid commodities including petroleum products, ethanol and chemicals, and bulk products, including petroleum coke, metals, and ores.

Primary Purpose
Lead a small team overseeing the corporate fleet program, ensuring optimal performance, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Develop and implement fleet strategies aligned with company goals.
Position Requirements
Job Responsibilities
+ Manage lifecycle of fleet assets and related policies.
+ Oversee vehicle acquisitions, disposals, maintenance and compliance.
+ Collaborate with operations and procurement to optimize fleet performance.
+ Maintain relationships with OEMs, fleet management companies, and compliance vendors.
+ Lead asset reviews and develop annual ordering strategies.
+ Develop and implement company-wide fleet policies, procedures, and training.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ 5–7 years of fleet management experience.
+ Knowledge of CMV compliance, DOT protocols, vehicle specs, and maintenance.
+ Experience with fleet management systems and ERP integrations.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Working Conditions
+ Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
+ Occasional travel (3–4 trips/year).
+ Availability during and outside of working hours as needed.
