    Job Title: General Laborer

    Job Description

    + Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will work on the bulk line manually folding corrugated boxes, stacking them on pallets, and covering them with bags.

    + This stationary and repetitive role involves standing in place on the line, folding box flaps, sliding boxes onto pallets, and bagging them.

    + You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness by blowing down machines, vacuuming, picking up scraps, and sweeping the machine area.

    Responsibilities

    + Manually fold corrugated boxes and stack them on pallets.

    + Cover stacked boxes with bags.

    + Count products as they are stacked.

    + Assist with cleaning, including blowing down machines, vacuuming, and sweeping the area.

    + Read and interpret factory orders.

    + Perform basic math to ensure accuracy in counting and stacking products.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to lift large boxes with a team of two.

    + Experience with repetitive motions, such as bending, reaching, and twisting.

    + Ability to stay productive during idle times by cleaning and maintaining the work area.

    + Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

    Work Environment

    + Work in a team of three in a facility where the corrugator runs steamed rollers and hot plates, making the environment warm.

    + This is a Contract position based out of Moses Lake, Washington.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.88 - $18.88/hr.
