    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    + Format and refine mailing lists to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

    + Prepare presort documentation for USPS compliance and discounts.

    + Operate and support high-speed mail equipment including Inkjet, Inserter, and Tabber.

    + Import, clean, and format customer data using Excel, Access, or specialized mailing software.

    + Apply postal presort logic to optimize mailings and meet USPS standards.

    + Generate and verify barcodes, tray tags, and other USPS-required documentation.

    + Perform data deduplication, address standardization, and NCOA (National Change of Address) processing.

    Essential Skills

    + Prior experience in the printing or mailing industry.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    + Comfortable with math, forklift operation, RF scanners, inventory systems, and machine handling.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency with Excel, CSV files, and data formatting tools.

    + Familiarity with mailing software (similar to 'the person').

    + Deep understanding of USPS guidelines and systems.

    + Experience with USPS Customer Gateway and Postal One platforms.

    + Ability to process mailing lists using computer software.

    + Self-motivated and collaborative, with a willingness to take direction and contribute to team success.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
