Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Warehouse Logistics Associate** to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, values flexibility, and enjoys working with a close-knit crew. You’ll be responsible for a variety of warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and forklift operation.
Shift Details
+ **Regular Hours:** Monday–Thursday, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (4x10 schedule)
+ **Training Period:** First few weeks, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
What You'll Do Every Day
+ Support plant organization and daily logistics to maintain smooth and efficient production
+ Safely move, wrap, weigh, and stage products for carrier pick-up
+ Deliver raw materials and pick up finished goods around the plant
+ Respond to requests via email and instant message to coordinate product movement
+ Maintain accurate, organized files (both electronic and paper)
+ Operate forklift (approximately 75% of the time) for material handling and staging
+ Wrap pallets, load and unload trucks
+ Complete packing lists and bills of lading (BOL)
+ Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
+ Inventory products and ensure proper placement in warehouse
+ Move work-in-progress (WIP) materials daily for press, lamination, slitting, and converting
+ Collect and organize trim, recycling bags, and core gaylords
+ Schedule LTL and parcel pickups
+ Perform deliveries to and from the warehouse (if approved by insurance)

+ 2+ years of skilled and safe forklift operation
+ Professional communication skills
+ Dependability and attention to detail
+ Safe MVR record to be able to drive a box truck when needed

+ Cycle counting and inventory audits

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
