    Job Description

    As an Electronic Assembler, you will be a crucial part of a team that assembles custom control panels based on blueprints. You will work across various workstations, assembling electronic parts and pieces with a focus on detail and precision. This position requires the ability to read blueprints and apply strong math skills.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machines such as CMS Plotter, EZ Label, and PLS Web Printer.

    + Perform hand assembly of various products.

    + Conduct final assembly and packaging of various assemblies.

    + Screen and separate various parts.

    + Record assembly time data and complete associated routing, quality documents, and other forms.

    + Perform miscellaneous assigned tasks.

    + Assist in other production areas as needed.

    + Focus on increasing productivity in all activities.

    + Follow necessary PPE requirements, ISO specifications, and company procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in electronic assembly or mechanical assembly.

    + Ability to read blueprints.

    + 1+ year of experience in the electronics industry is preferred.

    + Skills in PC, soldering, blueprint reading, mechanical assembly, production, wiring, and hand tool use.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is extremely clean and sterile, with workstations organized in 'pods' across departments. Each station is a large desk equipped with various tools and equipment. The facility includes over 50 employees, with interactions between production, warehouse, and corporate office staff. Enjoy a casual dress code of long pants and closed-toe shoes. Shifts available: First (7am-3:30pm), Second (3pm-11:30pm), Third (11pm-7:30am, Sun-Thur).

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr.
