Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor/Lead

2nd shift

Salary: Depends on experience

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of plant equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems, and will be able to swiftly implement solutions to any issues that arise.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain and repair all electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission components of manufacturing equipment.

+ Oversee and ensure the effective functioning of plant equipment, including flat freezers and refrigeration systems.

+ Swiftly implement problem-solving solutions as challenges arise.

+ Provide leadership and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in managing maintenance operations.

+ Ensure excellent communication through both verbal and written skills.

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in electrical schematics and 480V electrical systems.

+ Experience in mechanical maintenance and PLCs.

+ Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, PLC, and mechanical systems.

+ Familiarity with controls.

+ Ability to read and interpret schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in conveyor systems.

+ Knowledge of simple hydraulics, lifts, and grinders.

+ Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
