General Production Workers – Steel Manufacturing

**Location** : Washington, MO

We’re hiring for a steel manufacturing facility that produces structural steel joists and components shipped nationwide. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Operate machinery and work on assembly lines. Perform light welding as needed. Handle materials and perform general labor tasks. Rotate between roles based on production needs. Work in a dusty, loud, and physically intense environment. Maintain a strong work ethic and team focus.

Schedule and Pay:

+ 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $22.25/hr

+ 2nd Shift (starting after New Year): 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | $24.25/hr

+ Overtime available before and after scheduled shifts

**Weekly Production Bonus:** Up to $400–$500/week (Typically adds $4–$6/hr to base pay)

**Quarterly Retention Bonus:** $500 once hired on permanently

Ideal candidates have experience in construction, heavy labor, or manufacturing.

Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs regularly and comfortable working in tough conditions.

Reliability and safety awareness are key.

The pay range for this position is $46072.00 - $46072.00/yr.
