Manufacturer in Leola, PA is looking for 1st and 3rd shift Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technicians. These are direct hire positions with the company paying $36-40/hr depending on experience. Quarterly and yearly bonuses are paid out based off company performance. Great health benefits and 401k plan!

Job Details:

Three openings, two on 1st shift, one on 3rd shift:

1st - 7:30am - 4:00PM Monday - Friday

3rd - 5pm - 530am - 3 nights one week and 4 nights the next week

Proactively maintains all plant electrical systems, all equipment electronics, motors, drives and other power transmission systems. This position also has the responsibility to perform any and all mechanical and electrical tasks as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Perform all mechanical and electrical repairs required throughout the plant

+ Troubleshoot and repair PLC circuits (experience preferred)

+ Design and assemble control circuits and cabinets with user interface.

+ Analyze current machinery for PLC automation implementation.

+ Troubleshoot/program/specify motor drives.

+ Maintain/service plant switchgear.

+ Maintains a running log on barrel and screw inventory, changes, history and throughput.

+ Perform all manufacturing plant electrical and electronic diagnostics repair and installation, consistent with plant electricians.

+ Ability to determine when scope of job is beyond existing skill set or requires additional support.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75379.00 - $84510.00/yr.

Medical/Dental/Vision – eligible on day 1

Vacation eligible first year (pro-rated); second year 80 hours (willing to negotiate vacation in offer)

Floating Holiday eligible first year (pro-rated); second year 24 hours

Paid Holidays (time and half for all hours worked on Company observed federal holiday)

401K matching up to 4%; annual employer contribution 3% (if employee contributes 4%, Westlake will match that plus the 3% they already contribute. Total of 11%)

Quarterly Incentive Program – earn up to 8% of quarterly earnings (includes OT)

Annual Profit Sharing up to 5% of annual base pay

Life Insurance - employer cover up to 2x base pay

AD&D insurance - employer cover up to 2x base pay

Paid Caregiver Leave – up to 5 days per year for Caregiver Leave (i.e. taking eligible family member to doctor’s appointment); up to 2 weeks per year for Parental Leave

Paid Short-term and Long-term Disability

Quarterly Steak Cookout (if no OSHA recordable incidents)
