    Job Title: Stackers

    Job Description

    As a production worker in the role of a Stacker, you will support the manufacturing plant and assist operators on various product lines. Your responsibilities will include lifting heavy bags of flour and ingredients, loading them onto pallets, moving products along the line, making and packing boxes, among other duties.

    SHIFTS:

    **2nd. shift:** 2:30pm to 11pm Monday to Friday

    **3rd. shift:** 10:30pm to 7am Sunday night to Thursday night

    Responsibilities

    + Support manufacturing plant operations.

    + Lift and load heavy bags of flour and ingredients onto pallets.

    + Move products along production lines.

    + Make and pack boxes efficiently.

    + Adhere to GMP/SOP standards including wearing hair nets and glasses.

    + Perform manual labor, lifting up to 75 lbs.

    + Maintain a fast work pace and good attendance.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in a GMP/SOP environment.

    + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

    + Good attendance record.

    + Experience in manual labor.

    + Experience in production, food, chemical, and pharmaceutical environments.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + At least 2 years of experience in a highly intensive and physical work environment, preferably in manufacturing GMP.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a food manufacturing environment that complies with all CGMP and HAACP guidelines. The production floor is not climate-controlled, meaning it can be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Work boots are required, and adherence to CGMP policies is mandatory. Jewelry is not allowed, and appropriate hair netting must be worn. Shifts are available on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with specific hours outlined for each.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pennsauken, New Jersey.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
