    What You’ll Do

    + Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the facility.

    + Lead and manage maintenance schedules for building systems and equipment.

    + Perform hands-on tasks: painting, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.

    + Maintain docks, doors, floors, racks, and material handling equipment.

    + Work with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

    + Coordinate preventive maintenance and organize work orders efficiently.

    + Support building access controls and security systems.

    + Respond quickly to facility and grounds requests, including seasonal tasks like snow removal.

    What You Bring

    + 2–5 years of experience in building and grounds maintenance.

    + Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

    + Experience with forklifts and hand power tools.

    + Familiarity with building access and security systems.

    + Ability to work safely, independently, and with attention to detail.

    + Must pass a drug test

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
