Job Title:** **Mechanical Assembler

**Location:** Fort Myers, FL

**Pay:** Starting at $20/hour

**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Overtime available)

Job Description:

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will work with PVC and plumbing components in a fast-paced production environment. Your role will involve assembling, measuring, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Pack parts, components, and finished products into cartons and crates.

+ Collaborate with team members in the PVC Pipe department.

+ Measure and cut PVC pipes to specified lengths.

+ Assemble fittings onto pipes and fixtures.

+ Use hand and power tools during the assembly process.

+ Operate saws, cutting devices, and wrenches.

+ Accurately measure parts using tape measures.

Required Skills:

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.

+ Ability to read and use tape measures accurately.

+ Experience in mechanical assembly and quality checks.

+ Ability to read blueprints.

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly line or manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Electrical experience.

+ Familiarity with saws or manufacturing machinery.

+ Experience operating a sit-down forklift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
