Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Production Associates for our C shift. This opportunity involves working **every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6 am to 6 pm, in 12-hour shifts.** The role is ideal for individuals with electronic manufacturing experience, though we are also open to entry-level candidates from varied backgrounds such as retail, fast food, or other manufacturing fields.
Responsibilities
+ Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
+ Test, inspect, and perform light assembly and machine operations.
+ Operate within established policies and procedures, seeking approval for deviations.
+ Work on routine assignments under close supervision.
+ Adhere to production standards and meet assembly metrics.
+ Utilize hand tools for assembly and maintain a working knowledge of blueprints.
+ Ensure quality standards are met and monitor work for compliance.
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and escalate issues when necessary.
Essential Skills
+ Previous experience in electronic manufacturing, soldering, or assembly.
+ Basic computer skills, including navigating programs similar to internet browsing.
+ Proficiency in basic Excel for documentation and Outlook.
+ Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn company policies and procedures.
+ Great attitude and willingness to be flexible and help out in other departments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
+ One or more years of related experience is preferred.
+ Ability to adapt to changes in work plans and priorities.
+ Experience in supporting improvement initiatives and participating in team efforts.
+ Good oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Work Environment
The position is set in a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. You will work on the C shift, which includes every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6 am to 6 pm, in 12-hour shifts. The work involves light industrial tasks, with the ability to sit or stand during the shift, although standing will be required at times. The role requires lifting no more than 10-15 lbs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
