Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Operator to set up and operate either a press break, laser, or punch press machine. The ideal candidate must be proficient in using common measurement devices to ensure part compliance and should be able to read blueprints.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate machinery
+ Bend sheet metal in accordance with drawing specifications
+ Utilize measurement devices to check part compliance
+ Read and interpret blueprints accurately
+ Work independently to meet daily production goals
Essential Skills
+ Experience as a Machine Operator in metal manufacturing.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints.
+ Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with laser operations is a plus.
+ Ability to work independently once trained.

Work Environment
The machine shop is a hot and loud environment, though not dirty, with some dusty areas. The company culture emphasizes independence once training is complete, with daily goals to achieve that will incrementally increase over time.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
