Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator
Job Description
As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will be responsible for following cGMP and ISO standards while assembling cartridges and reagent kit components. You will adhere to manufacturing SOPs, organize and maintain the floor area and supplies, and work both independently and as part of an assembly line team. Your role will also involve operating all manufacturing line equipment, maintaining a safe work environment, and resolving line issues with suggestions for improvements.
Responsibilities
+ Follow cGMP and ISO standards applicable to manufacturing.
+ Assemble cartridges and reagent kit components.
+ Adhere to manufacturing SOPs.
+ Organize and maintain the floor area and supplies.
+ Work independently and as part of an assembly line team.
+ Maintain a safe work environment with respect to chemicals and equipment.
+ Resolve line issues and suggest improvements.
+ Operate all manufacturing line equipment.
+ Adhere to manufacturing schedules and complete work orders timely.
+ Review and correct errors in device manufacturing records and work orders.
+ Submit finished documentation for quality release.
+ Serve as a role model for cGMP manufacturing.
+ Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in production, fast food, retail, assembly, cleanroom, and packaging.
+ Understanding of SOPs, GMP, and medical device manufacturing.
+ Ability to operate manufacturing line equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma required.
+ No prior experience needed, entry-level role.
+ Targeting individuals with backgrounds in retail, customer service, food service, or warehouse.
+ Must pass an assessment with a score of 75% or higher.

Work Environment
The position is based in a cleanroom environment and requires PPE such as gowns and booties. No medical or certifications are required for the role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.16/hr.
