Job Title:** **FANS Tech

Position Summary:

The Fans Tech (Treyline Worker) is a key member of the hospital’s food service team, responsible for assembling and delivering patient meal trays in a high-volume café setting. This role ensures meals are prepared and served accurately, safely, and with a strong focus on customer service and dietary compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assemble patient meal trays according to dietary guidelines and individual meal tickets.

+ Ensure accuracy in portion sizes, food presentation, and special dietary requirements.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treyline area throughout service.

+ Restock food items, utensils, and supplies as needed during meal service.

+ Collaborate with dietary aides, cooks, and other food service staff to ensure timely and efficient tray delivery.

+ Follow all hospital and departmental safety and sanitation protocols.

+ Assist with dishwashing, trash disposal, and general kitchen cleanup as needed.

+ Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff, responding to requests and resolving issues promptly.

+ Participate in ongoing training and adhere to HIPAA and infection control policies.

Essential Skills:

+ **1.5+ years of experience** in the food service industry.

+ **1.5+ years of job tenure** at previous employers.

+ Ability to **lift up to 50 lbs** and **push up to 100 lbs** .

+ Strong **customer service orientation** and communication skills.

+ Hands-on experience in **food service, cleaning, and food preparation** .

Schedule & Compensation:

+ Full-time and part-time shifts available, including weekends and holidays.

+ Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.75 - $18.50/hr.
