Job Title: Inventory/Forklift Operator
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Inventory/Forklift Operator, where you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing our inventory. This position involves receiving incoming shipments, verifying parts and quantities, restocking, and handling internal shipments. Forklift operation is a key component of the role, with usage ranging from 30-70% of your time, depending on the area and team dynamics.
Responsibilities
+ Print, pull, and package all outbound materials for satellite plants.
+ Verify accuracy of materials shipped.
+ Print, pull, and package parts orders for shipment to external customers.
+ Unload trucks into the flow-through racking.
+ Verify stock and enter information into the computer system.
+ Stock materials in correct locations.
+ Pull and deliver raw materials to the machine shop.
+ Stock finished goods from the machine shop and motor department.
+ Refill and replenish primary locations.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 1 year of industrial experience (warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, shipping, operator, etc.).
+ Strong computer skills and ability to navigate the internet.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ General labor experience or picking/prepping items to be shipped is a plus.

Work Environment
You will work in a clean and modern facility with recent expansions, including a new automated paint line system. The environment is team-oriented and requires flexibility in handling various tasks across receiving, shipping, inventory, and machine operation areas. The facility is climate-controlled, though it can get warm during summer months, and the noise level is moderate. Steel-toe boots and safety glasses are mandatory, and attire should include shorts or pants without holes or tears. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:30 AM, with potential overtime and occasional Saturday work.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.63 - $21.63/hr.
