             Job Description As a Machine Operator you will play a crucial role in preparing parts for assembly. Responsibilities + Operate machines and equipment in accordance with production standards. + Perform visual inspections and functional testing to ensure quality. + Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues. + Maintain accurate records of production and quality results Essential Skills + Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift. + Steel-toed or composite shoes. + Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally (most items are moved by overhead hoist). Additional Skills & Qualifications + Manufacturing experience preferred. + Experience using hand and power tools. Available Shift & Pay + 2nd Shift: 3:45 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. + $20.50-$23.50, based on experience Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment includes a temperature-controlled facility where safety is paramount, requiring steel toes, safety glasses, and gloves. Training for the 2nd shift may occur on the 1st shift or split shift for 6 weeks or longer. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwood, Indiana. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
