    Job Title: Snow Plower

    Job Description

    We are seeking reliable and hardworking Snow Plowers to join our winter operations team. The ideal candidate will operate snow removal equipment to clear roads, driveways, parking lots, and walkways in a safe and timely manner. This role is critical to ensuring accessibility and safety during winter weather conditions.

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate snowplows, salt spreaders, shovels, and other snow removal equipment

    + Clear snow and ice from designated areas including commercial and residential properties

    + Apply de-icing materials as needed

    + Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment before and after use

    + Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events

    + Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

    + Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members

    + Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred for heavy equipment)

    + Experience operating snow removal equipment (plows, skid steers, loaders, etc.)

    + Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $44720.00 - $44720.00/yr.
