Job Title: Junior Press Brake Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Press Brake Operator to join our team in Brown Summit, NC. This position offers a competitive pay rate and the opportunity to work on the first shift from 7 am to 4 pm.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in setting up and operating press brake machines.
+ Follow blueprints and instructions to produce quality parts.
+ Select and install punches and dies based on material type.
+ Perform basic measurements using calipers and gauges.
+ Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
+ Complete quality checklists and follow safety protocols.
+ Support preventative maintenance and report equipment issues.
+ Help with other fabrication tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
+ 2-3 years of experience with press brake operation.
+ Ability to inspect parts using calipers and gauges.
+ Some setup knowledge.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
+ Interest in learning metal fabrication and machine operation.
+ Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.
+ Willingness to work in a team and take direction.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Browns Summit, North Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
