Job Description

Engage in general production tasks related to laminated cabinet products, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.

Responsibilities

+ Package, band, strap, and sort parts and materials.

+ Load products and offload cabinets from machines.

+ Operate machinery, specifically flat panel machines, adhering to 32mm system standards.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

+ Experience in mechanical assembly and blueprint reading.

+ Ability to operate a forklift and use a tape measure accurately.

+ Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform tasks requiring twisting and bending.

Work Environment

Work on the first shift from Monday to Thursday, 5:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and on Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., with regular overtime opportunities. The first-day start time is at 8:00 a.m.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
