Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler
Job Description
As an Electromechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for completing mechanical assemblies of robotic systems with precision and care. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills to perform assemblies using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and fixtures. You will install cables, connectors, and harnesses, and perform inspections on all assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities
+ Complete mechanical assemblies of robotic systems.
+ Utilize hand tools, power tools, and torque tools for precise assembly work.
+ Install cables, connectors, and harnesses with attention to detail.
+ Perform thorough inspections of all assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of experience in electronic assembly.
+ Ability to follow blueprints accurately.
+ Proficiency in wiring and mechanical, production, and electrical assembly.
+ Experience with power tools and schematic reading.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to use hand tools effectively.
+ Any inspection experience is a plus.
+ Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment
Work within a small team of 5 people, with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Enjoy a casual dress code where jeans and a plain shirt are perfectly acceptable.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
