Industrial Maintenance Technician - Benton Harbor, MI

$25-$34 per hour

Job Description

Seeking a skilled and knowledgeable multi-craft maintenance technician to add to our growing team. This role will involve servicing and repairing various mechanical and electrical systems and equipment within a food manufacturing environment. Controls experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain and repair all industrial equipment within the facility.

+ Assist the maintenance manager with the installation of preventive maintenance systems.

+ Ensure conveyor systems are running efficiently with minimal downtime.

+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, focusing on 3-phase motors.

+ Perform electrical work up to 480 volts.

Skills & Qualifications

+ 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

+ Experience within a food manufacturing facility.

+ Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.

+ PLC/Controls troubleshooting and repair.

+ Knowledge of electrical work up to 480 volts.

+ Experience with 3-phase motors.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Blue cross blue shield, dental, vision, 401k matching, life, very good single benefits. A little more expensive full family benefits but not bad.

This is a fully onsite position in Benton Harbor,MI.
