Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and proactive warehouse associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts, and participating in various warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and inventory management. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to perform various duties, as forklift certification and training take time. Candidates must be comfortable with heights and able to lift 20-30 lbs.
Responsibilities
+ Operate forklift and other material handling equipment (sit down and stand up).
+ Use RF scanners for inventory management.
+ Pick and pack orders efficiently.
+ Load and unload trucks.
+ Put away materials and stage products.
+ Adapt to working at heights as needed.
Essential Skills
+ 6 months to 1 year of warehouse picking and packing experience.
+ Comfort with heights and ability to lift 20-30 lbs.
+ Experience with RF scanners and general warehouse duties.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 6 months to 1 year of forklift operating experience.
+ Willingness to train on additional tasks such as inventory management and equipment operation.

Work Environment
This position operates on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 6 am to 2 pm.
Pay varies based upon experience:
Level A (6 months-1 year of applicable experience): $20.60
Level B (2 - 5 years of applicable experience): $21.60
Level C: $22.85 (this is the next pay raise in our growth structure, and is attained upon the completion of company certifications)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.60 - $22.85/hr.
